Our Kite Inline Laser Marker provides users with the ability to enable full trace-ability at a cost effective price point while matching the quality of machines at more than twice the price. Using our own bespoke software developed in house, the Kite is capable of marking both 1D and 2D Barcodes, QR Codes, Data Matrix’s as well as Characters and other drawing data provided.

Using a precision X and Y Axis Motion Platform the Kite provides an impressive repeatable accuracy of +/- 0.025mm and utilises a dual camera system for the Fiducial Recognition and Marking Confirmation to ensure that every engraved barcode is readable before leaving the machine.

With an optional integrated PCB Flipper, the Kite is also capable of marking double sided boards in a single machine, providing a quick solution for allowing trace-ability on each side of the board. The Kite comes with a built in, latest generation Windows 11 PC and operated with our bespoke in house developed software, designed from the ground up for 64bit Windows 11.
